O.G. Ditch Bird - Complete Bike
Previously, when shopping for a hunting e-bike, you had two choices….get a reasonably priced bike and be disappointed with its capability, or spend way too much to get something that does the job. The OG Ditch Bird was intended to bridge those two. We set out to use highest integrity parts where they matter the most, but do it on a strong but simple tube frame and rethink some of the components to keep costs down without wavering on quality or capability. This bike does just that. It will outwork, outlast, outclimb 99% of the e-bikes on the market, and do it for a fraction of their price tag.
Built using a lot of the same premium parts we use for our DIY kits, but with all bells & whistles and a custom hand painted camo frame. We carefully selected every part on the bike and we personally turn every bolt and grease every bearing by hand in Louisiana.

MOTOR: The tried and true Bafang BBSHD 1000w nominal/1440w peak mid drive motor, but using our own custom programming and tuning to safely increase that to over 1700w peak. Eggrider V2 Bluetooth display to quickly toggle between 750w and full power and ability to use your phone as the display, view ride data, and personalize your tuning on the fly via the Eggrider app
BATTERY: Giant 29ah LG battery.
DRIVE TRAIN: Ditch Bird single speed drive train.
-White Industries Freewheel. Often, freewheel clutches are weak and not suited for high torque…not these. Made in California, these are the gold standard of freewheels, known worldwide for their build quality and toughness.
-Shadow Conspiracy chain. One of the toughest on the market. 3300lb of tensile strength compared to most at 2000lb and but built to take a beating.
-Lekkie Bling Ring 7075 t6 chainring
-1/8” steel rear cog
